The 3-days silence retreat was really useful for me. It gave me the tools and motivation to be consistent in the practice of meditation. Nidhidhyasana process makes it simple and direct, you can learn easily; these sessions will find the way of making sure that the concepts are clear to you. Also, it emphasizes, that the techniques don't need to be tough to be useful. Just sit, practice and all will come sooner or later.

I can say that after practicing a few times, I already see the outcome. Hope you give this a chance in your life!

Amazing experience!! The three days of Silence retreat filled my life with peace. I clearly experienced the complete peace, tranquility and happiness that lives within me. I learned that consistency is the key, and at the end of the retreat, it was the beginning of a life with more clarity and enjoyment. The learning process and practices make you feel more comfortable day by day and you can connect more deeply with yourself.

Learning to live with the mind is a practice that I consider essential to find fulfillment in our life.

It’s hard to imagine that you can achieve so much in a matter of days. But when you really put it all in, all day long for a few days, real magic happens. There were some very important things I discovered in the silent retreat. Some are personal, and some I can share. Like staying with resistance to seat quietly in self-inquiry, it seemed "too much to handle or pass", but staying long enough made me cross "the wall". I took it as a lesson for the times when difficulties seem too great... Also, I got clarity to understand I care about things I didn`t know are important to me. It's a very special retreat if you really put yourself in.
